Product Overview

The DM0412P is a programmable PRP centrifuge designed for PRP, PRF and CGF sample preparation. It provides a speed range of 300-4500 rpm and a maximum RCF of 2490 * g. Built-in PRP, PRF and CGF protocols, together with nine customizable programs, support efficient workflows in dental, aesthetic and surgical applications.

Detailed Description

The DM0412P PRP Centrifuge is designed for the preparation of platelet-rich plasma, platelet-rich fibrin and concentrated growth factor samples. It is suitable for dental clinics, aesthetic medicine, orthopedics, oral surgery and related medical applications.

The centrifuge includes three preloaded protocols for quick operation: PRP, PRF and a four-step CGF program. Users can also save nine customized programs, with up to six operating steps in each program, to meet different sample preparation requirements.

The supplied angle rotor accommodates either 8 * 15 mL tubes or 12 * 5/7/10 mL vacuum tubes. Speed can be set and displayed in either RPM or RCF. An LCD screen, audible alert and automatic lid release provide convenient daily operation.

A maintenance-free brushless DC motor supports stable speed control. Safety features include a door interlock, overspeed detection and automatic internal diagnostics. The product is listed with CE, cTUVus and IVD certification in the technical documentation.
