The TC2000-G3 is a triple-module gradient PCR thermal cycler with three independent 32-well blocks. It allows up to three PCR or gradient programs to run simultaneously, providing flexible sample processing for molecular biology laboratories. The instrument features a 10.1-inch color touchscreen, 0-105°C temperature range, 1-25°C gradient span, USB and WiFi communication.
Product Description
The TC2000-G3 Gradient PCR Thermal Cycler is designed for laboratories that need to run multiple PCR protocols simultaneously. The instrument contains three independent 32-well aluminum modules, providing a total capacity of 96 * 0.2 mL PCR tubes or twelve PCR 8-tube strips.
Each module can run a separate PCR program with its own temperature and gradient settings. The sample block temperature range is 0-105°C, while the hot lid temperature can be adjusted from 30 to 115°C. Temperature control accuracy is ±0.1°C, with uniformity of ±0.2°C at 55°C. The maximum temperature change rate is 5°C per second.
The gradient temperature setting range is 30-105°C, with an adjustable gradient span from 1 to 25°C. Users can turn off the gradient function when performing standard PCR amplification. A 10.1-inch LCD touchscreen with 1280 * 800 resolution displays the operating status and remaining time.
Each program supports up to 30 steps and 199 cycles. More than 20,000 programs can be stored using a USB flash drive. USB and WiFi communication support data transfer and network connection. Automatic power-failure protection resumes unfinished cycles after power is restored. The pressure-adjustable hot lid accommodates PCR tubes and strips of different heights.
Note: The TC2000-G3 is a conventional gradient PCR thermal cycler and does not provide real-time fluorescence detection.
