Product Overview

The Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Bench provides an ISO Class 5 clean work area for sample and product protection. It delivers HEPA-filtered air horizontally across the work zone and features adjustable airflow, an LCD microprocessor controller and a 304 stainless steel work surface. Four cabinet widths are available for different laboratory requirements.

Technical Features

The Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Bench directs purified air in a horizontal, unidirectional stream across the work surface and out through the open front, helping protect sensitive samples from airborne contamination.

The HEPA filter provides filtration efficiency greater than 99.995% at 0.3 μm, while the washable polyester pre-filter helps extend HEPA filter service life. Airflow velocity is adjustable from 0.2 to 0.5 m/s, and the work zone meets ISO Class 5 cleanliness requirements.

The microprocessor controller with LCD display shows the operating status of each function. HEPA filter and UV lamp life indicators support timely maintenance. The cabinet also features a UV sterilization lamp with a timing function, power-failure memory, transparent side windows and a durable 304 stainless steel work surface.

Available models include LCB-H-Y1100, LCB-H-Y1300, LCB-H-Y1600 and LCB-H-Y1900.

This clean bench is designed for sample and product protection only. It does not protect the operator or surrounding environment from hazardous biological materials.
